No matter whether you are a beginner or wish to take an internationally recognised examination in English, Cambridge Institute is the right place to start. At Cambridge Institute our focus is on one language and one thing – getting even better at what we already do: offering a variety of English courses that create successful and satisfied students.
Cambridge Institute was established in Denmark in 1975, and over the years has expanded into the country’s largest English language school, with many local branches in the Greater Copenhagen area. Cambridge Institute’s English courses cover a range of different levels: From a beginner’s level, where the basic linguistic skills are improved, to the highest level aimed at a fluent and multi-faceted language as spoken among educated native speakers. English teaching for adults No previous education or qualifications are required from our students. There are suitable courses available for students of all levels.
You can finish the course with an exam
The primary goal of The Cambridge Institute is to provide first-class teaching at all levels. In addition to this, with many courses there is the possibility of finishing by taking one of the exams from the internationally recognised examination programme: “University of Cambridge Examinations in English for Speakers of Other Languages”, taken by more than 800,000 candidates from all over the world each year. The exams are held several times a year in Copenhagen. | These exams are entirely optional and should be regarded as an opportunity for the individual student to consider during the course.
The Cambridge exams are administered in Denmark by “University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations” in cooperation with the local agent, who charges an examination fee when you sign up for the exam. A booklet published by Cambridge University with details about the exams can be ordered from the office - 33133302 Course Certificates A course certificate can be issued at the end of the course providing the student has a 75% attendance level. High quality teaching at all levels
We put a great deal of effort into selecting our teachers. They must all live up to the quality and standards that we are renowned for. This is why you will always experience a high level of personal involvement from our teachers, no matter what course you choose. Most of Cambridge Institute’s teachers are born in England; they are all university-educated and experienced teachers with teaching qualifications. The most up-to-date materials are used and are specially chosen to suit the individual courses.
Cultural Activities Activities such as lectures, films, parties, music and other events are organised, where the course participants can get together informally in the Greater Copenhagen area to relax and experience some English culture.
